The guiding vision for Feedback Consulting Partners is to leverage The Feedback Group’s experience and established reputation, and integrate Engagement View™ with other proven feedback tools, to help companies assess culture, strengthen engagement, and drive growth.

Founding Principals

Doug Madenberg (Lake Success, NY)
Chief Listening Officer – The Feedback Group, Co-Founder Feedback Consulting Partners
Doug is a longtime leader in customer and employee feedback systems, serving as a Principal at The Feedback Group since 1995. He consults with organizations across the U.S. on listening programs for customers, employees, and supply chain partners, with a particular focus in the grocery and retail sectors. Doug played a historic role in introducing automated feedback systems for supermarket shoppers and co developed the Retail Culture Survey, a benchmark tool used in multiple industries. Before his tenure at The Feedback Group, he was a manager in Deloitte’s retail practice. He holds an MBA and a BS in Marketing and Strategic Human Resources from Cornell University, where he was named a Merrill Presidential Scholar. Outside his professional work, Doug has been active in nonprofit boards and youth leadership programs, and earlier in life was president of Key Club International (1987–88).

Brian Numainville (Minneapolis, MN)
Principal – The Feedback Group, Co-Founder Feedback Consulting Partners
Brian is a seasoned expert in consumer insights, customer experience, and communications. He joined The Feedback Group in 2012, after serving 18 years at Nash Finch Company in roles including Senior Director of Research and Public Relations, and Chair of the NFC Foundation. At Nash Finch, he led efforts in GIS analysis, consumer research, cause marketing, and launched feedback systems across corporate and independent locations. Brian is frequently invited as a speaker and commentator in the retail, grocery, and food industries, and has contributed thought leadership at national conferences and in numerous publications, and is the co-author of Feedback Rules! Besides his research and communications work, he is active in nonprofit boards, especially in areas tied to food insecurity, education, and international development. Brian holds an M.A. in Communication Studies and a B.A. (summa cum laude) from the University of Minnesota.

Steve Junqueiro
Industry Expert & Strategic Advisor, Co-Founder Feedback Consulting Partners
With a distinguished 43-year career at The Save Mart Companies—rising through operations, merchandising, and executive leadership—Steve brings unmatched industry depth to Engagement View™. As former President & COO, he oversaw everything from supply chain to HR and team engagement programs. Now CEO of Steve Junqueiro Associates, he advises on consulting, mentoring, and leadership development. Steve’s grocery passion and operational acumen ensure that Engagement View™ delivers real-world, actionable impact.

David Snyder (Raleigh, NC)
Co-Founder & Customer Engagement Strategist, Co-Founder Feedback Consulting Partners
Acclaimed author and innovation leader, David focuses on behavior change and organizational performance. As founder of Snyder, Inc. and author of How to Hire a Champion and How to Mind Read Your Customers, he blends brain science and storytelling to build trust, clarity, and high-performance cultures. Using Engagement View™, he shapes survey design and transformation programs that create lasting culture change.

Todd Kasenberg (North America)

Todd is an expert on organizational culture and engagement and a highly skilled learning consultant. A Co-Founder of the Engagement View™ platform, Todd’s expertise spans human performance, brand narrative, and user experience. A current municipal leader and AI and technology entrepreneur, he understands feedback loops, accountability, and cultural adoption. Todd helps clients weave engagement practices into everyday operations—turning insight into measurable business results.

Kristin Terdik

With 20+ years in sales, partnerships, and SaaS leadership, and 10+ years serving the agriculture industry, Kristin drives Engagement View™’s commercial strategy. She ensures product innovation aligns with client needs, building relationships that turn feedback into business growth. Her approach keeps the focus on impact, not just insight.

Brian Peters
Senior Engagement Advisor
Brian is an award-winning HR strategist and employee engagement expert with a career spanning leadership roles in Fortune 500s, high-growth startups, and consulting ventures. As the founder of Repete Consulting and host of the Science of Engagement podcast, he brings data-driven insight, storytelling, and behavioral science together to help organizations activate high-performance cultures. A SHRM-SCP and SHRM-CA certified practitioner with a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Brian is known for turning complex engagement challenges into measurable business wins. From deploying UWES and COPSOQ frameworks to building scalable programs for hyperscale datacenters, he helps clients transform leadership behaviors and create workplaces where people thrive.
